I had a difficult time sleeping last night.  The plan called for 12 miles but I knew that wasn't going to happen.  Whenever I cut runs short, I try to add hills tricking myself into thinking that the extra effort makes up for the missed mileage.  I ran the Davis Blvd loop and felt alright once I got warmed up.  I didn't feel as good as I would have liked but it wasn't as bad as I feared.  The groin is only mildly sore so I think that it is going to be one of those nagging things that I can keep in check.

Hey I couldn't sleep last night either...I was worried about the Wasatch Back, so from 2:00am-4:00am I was printing maps and going over them so I don't get lost.

I am glad you injury is not slowing you down.

I think Davis blvd should count double for miles (that is what I ran and I only did 3 of the 6 I should have)

I hope you are right and that you can keep it in check.

Have you thought about getting it checked out? Seriously.

It's just a nuisance more than anything else. It is not to the point where it needs to be checked out. It seems that I always have a nagging pain somewhere so I've gotten used to running with them.
