Good, solid run. Maintained a good pace throughout the run. Legs felt a little heavy and felt like they were hitting the gound harder than normal but everything else was good. So much more fun to run in this kind of weather.

Nice run, I am pretty sure you were not the scary dude we saw on our run, but it was very dark out there :-)
