Another cool and rainy morning. Ran the 2nd mile at MP and it was a little more work than it should have been. Feel better than yesterday but I am still not at 100%. Hopefully I can shake this in the next 24 hours.

I hope you're feeling better tomorrow. I have six kids so when school starts somebody always seems to pick up some virus or other. I've had a couple of sick kids this week and I've nearly worried myself sick worrying about getting sick before the race. So far, so good (knock on wood).

You'll recognize me at the start. I'll be the idiot shivering while he's waiting to run 26.2 miles in the cold. On second thought, maybe that won't make me stand out in the crowd. :-)

Paul - the concern you have about catching bugs from your kids is one (although not the only one) reason I am in favor of home schooling, which is what we do.
