Nice and easy out and back on the LPT.  Just went out and put one foot in front of the other for 2 hours.  It actually felt a little cool this morning.  Ankles are a little sore and had some sharp pains in my achilles (not the injured one) a few times but other than that, everything feels good.

Looks like you're back on the training plan! Excellent MLR this morning so soon after racing a champion 1/2 marathon just 3 days ago. Hope all the little aches and pain go away with tomorrow's recovery run!

Big miles again you are killing it this year!

Glad you're feeling good. Nice miles today after such a fast race Saturday.

Nice miles Andy.

What part of the LPT do you run? That southern most section of it gets so blasted hot at lunch time, no trees, no water, just hot sun beating down on the black top.

yeah big ups on the miles. You are relentless. Very nice.

Fly - I usually jump on the trail around the 6 mile marker and run north. It was especially cool this morning because the fields were wet which made the slight breeze cool.

Ah... some day I want to run more of the LPT just to see it. But it is 11 miles from here to the 6 mile marker, which makes for a very long lunch time run.
