Today was a much needed recovery run.  My achilles tendons are killing me.  I've always suspected that my form is not good enough for racing flats and a couple of runs in the flats confirms that.  I believe that is what has caused the achilles pain.  I will still use them to race 10k's and shorter but do not think that I will use them for tempo runs.  Felt a lot better after then run than before so the recovery run served it's purpose.

Yeah those racing flats can be brutal I hear for longer distances. Good recovery run. Oh I was going to ask you too. Are you going to do the Corporate games again this year??

I just got the email yesterday regarding the Corporate games so I guess I'm doing it. How about you?

Nice detective work at least you know what caused your pain and now you can fix it before it gets too bad.

I don't think I would do very well in racing flats. Nice recovery run.
