Felt really good this morning.  It was just a general aerobic run but I kept the pace a little faster than I normally do.  My upper legs were a little sore but felt really good otherwise.

Cheers to you feeling good!

I wanted to talk to you much more on Saturday about the soccer game but I didn't think it was the place or time. I think you were really happy though when I brought it up and that dude thought we were really talking about soccer and changed the subject! :)

That dude was a little crazy. Who knows if anything will come of this but if nothing else this whole experience has reminded me of what it is supposed to feel like.

Andy,

Awesome run this morning.

I look forward to hearing about many more soccer experiences! :)

I love soccer. Who won the USA vs Italy game today? Oh, you really weren't talking soccer. I'm guessing that was a fun conversation as well. Nice "general aerobic run" today Andy.
