You can't beat this weather.  It is perfect for running.  My legs were pretty dead this morning so I started out really slow.  Gradually picked up the pace as I started to feel better as the run progressed.  Nothing too exciting.  Just putting in the miles.

Do you like the Doors? Everytime i see your blog name i think of Jim Morrison.

Good job on getting in the miles. Not much better than having 11 miles under your belt before 8 AM.

Nice job Andy. Your mileage increase has been very controlled.

You like running in the rain? maybe you are up early enough to miss it. I have really wanted to train in the heat and can't seem to find a time when it is hot. I hope the it is not too hot for the Wasatch Back because I am not ready for heat at all.

Kathie - It was not raining while I was out. That's why I thought it was perfect.

Laundry is a never ending process. It will never be finished.
