One of my kids is sick so I stayed in and ran on the treadmill.  Twice in one week.  That's a new record for me.  I kept it at a robust pace.  It felt good.  The one good thing about the treadmill is that I am forced to keep an honest pace.  I have a tendency to get lazy on the road because I am so used to it and slip into a comfort zone.

Very important question: Where is a good place to buy a running skirt (not for me obviously)?  I'm not looking for the best online store but someplace where they can be tried on.

Running skirts: Sports Authority has a good selection of running skirts. I've seen them at Nordstrom as well. Good luck!

I'm with Lily, Sports Authority is one of my faves. Although, I think I like Dicks Sporting Goods at the Gateway the best. They seem to have the largest womens running apparel section. :)

I have only bought mine on line. My sister Cristy bought several a few years ago a Walmart. They were cute, but I don't know how they fit.

I bought mine at Runner's Corner, Fleets Feet and a running store at the Park City outlet. I've seen cute ones at Target.
