First day of school for the kids so I have to get back on schedule and start running earlier.  Ankle was a real problem this morning.  It's very sore which makes it difficult to push off effectively with my right leg.

Andy do you wear a brace? Are you icing it? It should be getting better!

Sorry about the ankle. Seems like it is really nagging at you.

Good luck with the ankle! Injuries are no fun!

Kathie - I'm just waiting it out and hoping that it will eventually get better. It's not debilitating so I think it is alright to continue to run on.

Yes, baby the ankle.

I was reading my Total Immersion book while I was on the elliptical today. It said that runners have some of the tightness ankles out there. That swimming is suppose to help with that. Hmmm ...

BABY IT!!!!

I don't mean to complain so much about the ankle. It is sore and causes issues with my foot, achilles and calf but it is manageable. I just like to keep track of how it felt in case it turns into a real injury and I can see where I went wrong.
