Woke up at 1 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep so I got dressed and was going to head out the door at 2 a.m. but got talked out of it.  I guess the only people on the road would have either been drunk or tired so it wouldn't have been a good idea.  I eventually dosed off and got a few more hours of sleep.  I just let my legs do what they wanted during the run.  The pace felt very comfortable.  My left hamstring is starting to flare up again.  I think that it is the same issue that Paul and Tom are having.

The results for the WRC 10 miler yesterday have me listed as DNF.  I didn't sign up for the race so I'm not sure why I am included in the results.  It's not a big deal but I hate having those letters next to my name.  I think I will call them to make sure that they didn't mistakenly sign me up for the 10 miler instead of the 1/2 marathon.

Total Time: 1:08:41 (7:38/mile)

Do you want that comp for UVM? I decided not to use it and pay for the race because Hyrum doesn't have that many signed up for it and I thought it would be better to support him in that way.

I signed up for UVM yesterday. I feel the same way that you do. I would rather Hyrum get the money. I thought about the race a lot during my run this morning and am really looking forward to it.

My guess is the DNF is so they know who is no longer eligible for the entire circuit results. I wouldn't sweat it.
