Treadmill run at work.  Really had to fight the boredom today.  Becky and I are running the beat the new year 5k at Sugarhouse tonight so I convinced myself 4 miles was fine for today.  Anxious to finish the run so I bumped the speed up to 9 mph, then 10 mph and finished at 11 mph.

Finished off my lowest mileage year by running the beat the new year 5k at Sugarhouse park with Becky.  We at too much before the run so we took it super easy.  I felt fine but Becky felt like she had to puke the entire time.

nice warm up run for tonight. i'll be there hanging out at the registration table, so i'm sure i'll see you guys at some point. remember to kick on the uphill finish!
