Still feeling a little tired. Ran 6 miles at an easy pace then bumped it up to marathon pace for the last mile. HR was a bit high during the run which I attribute to the recovery from the marathon and I have allowed myself to indulge in a few sodas this week since racing season is over. I think that the added caffeine and sugar is driving the HR up a little. Avg HR = 152 Total Time = 55:38 |
