My legs were not giving me anything this morning so I cut the run short.  Ten pounds over weight and losing fitness by the minute.  Not really where I want to be right now.

Sounds like what happened to me right after st George last year and I still haven't recovered. I know that isn't encouraging. Sorry.

I am sure you are fine although this is not the best time of year to start a diet.

Sounds like we all go through similar battles. You'll be ok, Andy. Maybe try to shake things up a bit with new routes or not wearing a watch.

I usually need a week or so from running after a big goal race.
