Monday's are always hard for me to get going. Add to that the cold temperature and other stuff, it was a real test of my self motivation skills to get out the door. But get out the door I did. I kept the pace real easy.
I know your pain Andy, it was hard for me this morning too! But such is the life of a runner in the wintery metropolis of Utah! Keep up the good work and dedication;-)
