Just a run. Felt faster than it was.  Legs felt decent for the first few miles but I was a little disappointed in the splits.

Monday runs are always iffy for me. 90% of the time I was not happy with it.

At least your legs felt decent and you got in 8 miles.

Good job Andy. I'm glad to hear the legs felt good finally.

Glad the legs behaved some. :)

How is Becky feeling?

Good luck this weekend, are you running with Becky or on your own?

From Andy on Wed, Apr 13, 2011 at 11:30:51 from 199.190.170.24

Teena - Becky ran for the first time in a week last night and seemed alright. It is more of a mental thing now.

Kathie - We are both running the 1/2 but will be on our own. I have to find a way to get back to race shape.
