I just wanted to get the miles in this morning so my pace was very slow.  I may have ramped up the mileage a little too much the past couple of weeks because my legs feel trashed right now.  Tomorrow will definitely be a recovery run.

I guess I was right yesterday, you will have one of these 14 mile long runs coming up soon. I just didn't realize it was this soon. Great job logging the miles. The more you talk about your trashed legs the more I look for a huge PR from you in your next marathon.
