I can't figure out why my legs are so sore.  I guess I didn't realize that it takes old people longer to recover from races.  The run was slow and a bit of a struggle.  Fortunately, this was a planned recovery week so I can take it easy.

Well, let's see Andy. You ran a half marathon on Sunday with a pretty darn good time and now on Thursday you are running a 10 mile run. I just can't figure out why your legs are tired either. :)

What do you have in store for Saturday, Andy?

Planning on 15 but could go more if I'm feeling good enough. I have been far too lazy this week and need to make up for it.

I'm contemplating a little big; 16-18 total miles including 3 or 4 zig-zags at Freedom Hills. Have you any interest?

From Andy on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 14:46:46 from 199.190.170.21

That's like asking if I have any interest in repeatedly hitting myself with a hammer. Since I do need a good penance run, I'm in.
