First run of December.  How did that happen?  I have been going to the gym and walked 6,000 miles in Disneyland so that should count for something.  I've been using every excuse that I used to ignore (too cold, bad air, etc.) so apparently I am getting soft in my old age.  Convinced myself at the last minute to pack clothes so I could run on the treadmill at the gym at work.  Started at 7:30/mile and gradually sped up to low 7's.  Felt pretty good during the run although my legs have felt a little off the rest of the day.  Not sure if it is from shock of actually running or getting used to the treadmill.

Very nice!

Kam says Saturdays work best for him. Does 7:30 work? We need to decide where to meet. I can still meet up Tuesday, this coming week same time, but where? Then I can meet up on Saturday the 21st for our fist (tempo/non-tempo Saturday) to run at 730. What do you think?

6000 miles at disneyland will put you at the top of the leaderboard. You definitely should count them. Add bonus miles for churros consumed.

Andy - I what you mean about excuses. I am having a really hard time with any sort of motivation st this point. I just don't as much about this as I used to. Not sure what to do. I keep trying but i haven't had two consistent weeks in a row in some time.
