Cold and rainy.  I guess this is the kind of weather that we are going to have for a few days.  My legs are still a little out of it but they are getting better.  No specific pain just an overall feeling of slowness.  I'm really hoping that I will be just a little ready for the 5k on Monday.  I know that I can't expect a top performance but I would like to at least feel a little fast.  I'm still running watchless but it was probably around 8:00/mile pace.

Did your watch time match the official time at Ogden? My watch was 17 seconds slower and I am trying to figure out why.

My watch was 4 seconds faster than the official time (watch was 3:04:11 and official time was 3:04:15). My watch should have been a little slower because I started my watch when the gun went off but it took a second or two to cross the mat.

Huh, I guess I'm not sure what happened, then. I just won't worry about it.

Got to love those post-marathon workout times. Get the legs back and best of luck in your 5K!
