After 3 weeks in a row of pacing half marathons it was nice to have just a long run. What little I ate yesterday was junk food so I was expecting a slow run. I felt very good as the run started so I just went with it. Ran down to the LPT and headed south. Averaged 7:30/mile for the first half and 7:20 for the second half. Was surprised at the energy that I had at the end of the run.
