Good, brisk run.  Ankles are sore but things are slowly starting to get back to normal.

I know that the Salt Lake Marathon is considered evil and I should not even be thinking about it but I am leaning towards running it in April.  I have run it once before and it is by far my worst marathon ever.  I would be able to redeem myself and would have the opportunity to have a legitimate sub-3.

nice run. glad you are starting to feel back to normal.

while i don't necessarily enjoy supporting mr. devine's race, the marathon itself is actually quite good -- minus the extra hype we have to pay for. i am also considering running it since i didn't get into boston.

You're fast enough that you don't have to worry about the aid stations being stocked still. Go for it and get ANOTHER legitimate sub-3.

Hey, we had the exact same mileage yesterday and today!

So you didn't register for Ogden? SLC sounds like a logical alternative for a Spring marathon!

What's wrong with SLC?

From Teena Marie on Tue, Oct 19, 2010 at 20:22:49 from 174.23.122.157

Well dang ... if you and Allie are running it I might have to as well! (Unless I run Napa or National, of course.)

Glad you were feeling better today! :)
