Met Tara at 5:30 for a run on the LPT to Farmington and back.  Still a little chilly but decent running weather.  Felt good for most of the run.  Miles 11 and 12 were a bit of a struggle.  Fortunately, this was the time that Tara was explaining Maslow's heirarchy of needs (can't remember what she called it but pretty sure this is the same thing) so all I had to do was listen and try to put one foot in front of the other.  Averaged 8:03/mile according to her watch.  We discovered that my Garmin has a hard time with the tunnel which causes me to lose time and distance.  I lose more time than distance so my average pace is a few seconds faster than reality.

Nice run Andy. That Tara is always good for entertainment. :)

The funny thing is that I haven't been able to stop talking since our run yesterday morning. Just feeling so yappy lately! Gotta love Maslow along with our other psychological discussions;) Next topic? Actuary.
