Met Kam and one of his daughters at the LPT. He was running to liberty park and I was going to join him for a few miles. Thought that if I felt good I would run to downtown SLC and take the front runner back home and if I didn't feel well then I would just put a few in. Pace felt surprisingly good. He was running a little faster than I expected but it still felt great. Pace was a little faster on the trail and slowed once started meandering through town. Averaged 7:55 for 11.8 miles. Took the train back home and had to run 2.2 miles from the train station to my car. Averaged 7:40 for the bonus miles.

Way to put in an even longer run today with a great pace!

A few more miles than I planned. It's been a good week of running. Hope I didn't over do it.

Yes, a 46 mile week with solid runs! Turns out our AP for our usual 8-9 on LPT was the fastest this week we've ever hit, without trying to do intervals. The same is true for our long run yesterday. All in one week. On fire.

We should start doing some concerted runs again on Tuesday's.
