So did you feel better with the extra day of rest? Have you decided to do your upcomming Tukey Trot? I hope so. I like reading your reports.

From Andy on Fri, Nov 21, 2008 at 13:49:22

I probably won't run the turkey trot. I'm just not feeling race ready right now and I don't like to run races unless I can give it everything.

Yeah, I hear you. I was feeling far from ready for mine, and if my wife and son weren't running it, I may have backed out. Supprisingly enough, my fitness from SGM must have carried over enough to get me to a good race, even being 8 lbs over race weight. You may be in better shape than you think you are. I was.

Oh he is in shape. I saw that last weekend. Andy is quite a competitor. Hope you reconsider it since Kathie and Kimmy will be running that local one up by you too.
