Feeling a little worn out this week so, even though I packed my gym clothes, I skipped yesterday's planned lunch time treadmill run.  Since Tara asked to run 8 on Davis Blvd. this morning, I didn't feel too bad about missing yesterday's run.  Run felt good this morning.  Averaged 7:58/mile and did not feel like it took as much effort.  Not saying that I want to run any faster.  The effort was comfortable but was still a good push.

Oh, you do want to go faster!

Just wait till we get on the trail again, pace will be effortless. We'll accidentally average 7:20 pace due to a flat course, no ice, and no traffic!

Hey my friend, just reviewing our races and I realize that I ran with you a little at the SoJo half, when you were pacing. Probably around mile 7-8. Didn't realize you were the same guy who passed me at the Top of Utah half in '09. Hope to see you at some more races this year.

If I remember correctly, even though I passed you at TOU 1/2, you still beat me by chip time.
