Eight miles on the LPT with Tara.  She was nice enough to let us go easier today as I am still a little sore from the race.  8:00/mile on the way out and 7:30/mile on the way back.

You were the nice one. For an easy run, it was still faster than most of our other easy runs. I felt so slow, I'm surprised we had a 7:17 split at the end without trying, except again, I was tired! I guess it makes sense, our first mile is always by far the slowest and our last is always the fastest, I think that has more to do with it being more downhill that last mile, even just a little. I also forgot to respond to your one comment about aerobic versus anaerobic! You were totally right. My fifth-grade years have failed me! You're like Sasha when it comes to running, you know your stuff .
