Bitter cold this morning. I'm going to have to start doubling up on the gloves. Took awhile to warm up then felt decent the second half of the run.

It was cold this morning ... my asthma was acting up as I walked to my class at school. Good thing I wasn't running since I didn't have my inhaler!!!

Sure was a cold one this morning! Try putting mittens on the outside of the gloves. I'm thinking I need to double the socks. Those "breathable" running shoes are too "airy" for one pair of socks! WAY to tough out the cold. I'm sure we'll get acclimatized soon!
